【材料A】
肉眼500克(粗线)

【材料B】
盐、胡椒粉、西式香料各适量、LP酱、HP酱、粟粉各1汤匙

【材料C】
洋葱碎2汤匙、烟肉碎4汤匙、Oregano 1茶匙、黑胡椒粉适量、鲍鱼汁1汤匙、糖1汤匙

【材料D(煮至浓稠)】
LP酱1汤匙、HP酱1汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、糖1茶匙、蜜糖1汤匙、水1杯、为食粉勾芡

【做法】
1.将肉眼切成长薄条,拌入材料B腌制1小时。
2.把材料C均匀撒在肉片上。将肉片卷成筒状,用粗线捆绑,再用锡纸包扎好,放在架子上。
3.用200℃烤30分钟,将锡纸打开搽上材料D。
4.继续烤至金黄色,取出切片即可享用。

【lngredients A 】
500g lean meat(thread for tying)

【Ingredients B】
salt, pepper, all spice to taste, 1tbsp each of LP sauce, HP sauce and corn-flour

【Ingredients C】
2 tbsp chopped big onion, 4tbsp bacon chips, 1 tsp oregano, black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp abalone sauce, 1 tsp sugar

【Ingredients D (boiled to thicken)】
1tbsp LP sauce, 1tbsp HP sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup water, flour solution

【Method】
1.Cut meat into long thin slice, marinade meat with ingredients B for 1 hour.
2.Spread sliced meat with ingredients C. RolI up and tighten with thread. Wrap meat loaf with foil and put on a rack.
3.Bake at 200℃ for 30 minutes, open up foil and brush with ingredients D.
4.Bake until golden brown, remove and cut into slices.
