烤毛毛虫马铃薯Grilled Caterpillar Potato

【材料】
马铃薯2粒、火腿片10-20片,马斯顿芝士片
【调味料】
日本咖哩粉 1汤匙、细糖1茶匙
【做法】
1. 马铃薯连皮洗净,放在砧板上,左右两旁以筷子夹着,每相隔半公分切入,底部不要切断。(图1)
2. 放入预热至180°C的烤炉里,烤20分钟后取出。(图2)
3. 火腿片和调味料搅拌均匀,然后排入已绽开的马铃薯夹逢里,随意以芝士片间隔。(图3-4)
4. 把马铃薯整个放回烤炉里,继续以180°C 烤10分钟左右即可。(图5)

【Ingredients】
2 big size potatoes, 10-20 slices bacon, 10 slices
Maasdam cheese
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp Japanese curry powder, 1 tsp castor sugar
【Method】
1. Wash potatoes with skin, place on chopping board and sandwich both sides with chopstick; and then cut at half cm intervals, but do not cut off the bottom part.

2. Grill in pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, remove from oven. (pic 2)
3. Marinate bacon with seasoning, and then slip into the gaps of potato; use cheese slice for intervals. (pic 3-4)
4. Return the whole potato into oven and continue to grill at 180°C for another 10 minutes or so, done. (pic 5)
