烧酒虾Drunken Prawns

【材料】
大明虾300克、姜丝30克、上汤1/2杯、芫茜、葱各少许

【调味料】
A:鸡精粉1/2茶匙、盐少许
B:绍兴酒3汤匙、米酒1汤匙
C:五粮液酒1汤匙、冰糖 5 克

【做法】
1.虾修剪洗净,加入调味料A及姜丝捞匀,腌约10分 钟。(图1)
2.倒入上汤及B料入锅以大火蒸 6分钟至虾熟。(图2-4)
3.把C料蒸热至冰糖溶解,然后淋入虾面上并撒入芫茜、葱,即可趁热享用。(图 5-6)

【Ingredients】
300g big prawns,30g ginger (shredded),1/2 cup stock,
some coriander and spring onion

【Seasoning】
A: 1/2 tsp chicken stock granule, dash of salt
B: 3 tbsp Shao Xin wine, 1 tbsp rice wine
C: 1 tbsp Wu Liang Ye wine, 5g rock sugar

【Method】
1.Trim prawns and marinate with seasoning A and ginger for 10 minutes.(pic 1)
2.Pour in stock and boil with seasoning B in high heat until prawns cooked.(pic 2-4)
3.Steam seasoning C until rock sugar melted, pour it over prawns and sprinkle coriander and spring onion on top.(pic 5-6)
