烧鸭焖伊面Braised Yee Mian with Roasted Duck

【材料】
姜片30克、蒜茸1大匙、豆酱1大匙、烧鸭¼只(斩块)、水450毫升、伊面200克、包菜100克(切小片)、菜心80克(切小段)、红萝卜片50克
【调味料】
生抽2大匙、黑酱油1大匙、蚝油1大匙、胡椒粉¼小匙、麻油½小匙
【制法】
1. 用3大匙油爆香姜片和蒜茸,加入豆酱和烧鸭炒香。(图1-5)
2. 加入水煮滚,加入伊面、包菜、菜心和红萝卜片煮滚。(图6-8)
3. 加入调味料,大火焖至伊面软和汁浓稠,即可。
【INGREDIENTS】
30g ginger slices, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp soy bean paste, ¼ rosted duck (chop into pieces), 450ml water, 200g Yee Mee, 100g cabbage (sliced), 80g Sawi (cut sections), 50g carrot slices
【SEASONING】
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ tsp sesame oil
【METHOD】
1.Sauté ginger and garlic with 3 tbsp oil until fragrant; toss in soy bean paste and roasted duck.(pic 1-5)
2.Add in water and bring to boil; add in Yee Meea, cabbage, sawi and carrot; cook until boil again.(pic 6-8)
3.Add in seasoning, simmer in high heat until Yee Mee soften and gravy thicken, done.
