焗烤青蔬芝士烟肉Spinach Brocolli Bacon Cheese Bake

【材料】
A: 11寸冷冻油酥面皮3片(室温)
B: A蛋6粒(打散)、芝士鲜奶油 250克(室温)、波菜200克(煮熟滴干)、芥兰花100克(烫熟滴干剁碎)、面粉80克、牛奶250毫升、盐和胡椒粉适量、 烟肉4片

【面料】
Cheddar芝士125克(切丝)、红灯笼椒(切丁)、番茄1大粒(切 丁)
9寸弹簧扣烤盘(涂油,外层铺铝箔)、鸡蛋1粒(打散)

【做法】
1.把油酥面皮铺在弹簧扣蛋糕盘里,喷上食油,涂蛋液,然后再覆盖一片油酥面皮。如果两片足够,可以免用第三片。(图1-2)
2.把烤炉预热至200℃。将烟肉煎熟剁碎。(图3)
3.另外把蛋、芝士鲜奶油、胡椒粉及盐混合均匀,加入剁碎波菜、芥兰花、面粉、牛奶及烟肉拌匀。(图4-5)
4.把材料倒在油酥面皮上,再撒上Cheddar芝士、红灯笼椒及番茄。(图6-7)
5.放入烤炉焗烤45-55分钟或至金黄色,然后冷却10分钟后才拆卸,切块趁热享用。(图8)

【Ingredients】
A:3 sheets 11 inches frozen puff pastry ( thawed)
B:6 Grade A eggs (beaten), 250 g cream cheese (at room temperature), 200 g fresh spinach(boiled till tender and well drained), 100 g broccoli, 80g plain flour, 250ml milk, salt & pepper to taste, 4 slices Bacon

【Topping Ingredients】
125g Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 red pepper(cut into cubes), 1 big tomato(cut into small cubes)
9″ round springform pan(greased & lined with foil outside), 1 egg beaten(lightly to seal the pastry)

【Method】
1.Place one pastry sheet line bottom and side of springform pan sprayed with cooking spray or oil. Brush with beaten egg and lay another layer of puff pastry over making sure it covers the base properly. If 2 sheets are sufficient, then omit the 3rd layer of puff pastry.(pic 1-2)
2.Preheat oven to 200℃. Sear bacon and chopped.(pic 3)
3.In a bowl, Mix eggs with cream cheese, pepper, salt to taste, add chopped spinach, broccoli, flour, milk and bacon.(pic 4-5)
4.Pour mixture into the lined spring form pan, topping with cheddar cheese, red peppers and tomatoes.(pic 6-7)
5.Bake for 45 to 55 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min before removing rim. Slice and serve while hot. (pic 8)
