照烧酱烤鲭鱼 Grill Saba Fish With Teriyaki Sauce

【材料】
鲭鱼200克、白芝麻少许
【照烧酱材料】
姜30克、香菜10克、蒜米2粒、酱油50毫升、黑酱油(调色)适量、糖50克、盐适量、黑胡椒粉适量、鸡精粉适
量、水150毫升
【做法】
1. 把鲭鱼清洗干净,去骨切大块放入平底锅以少许油两面煎香,排在嘉威太空双宝烤盘上备用。(图1)
2. 照烧酱做法:把全部材料加入汤锅煮约10-15分钟至浓稠备用。(图2-3)
3. 把已煮浓稠的照烧酱涂上已经煎好的鲭鱼上面。(图4)
4. 放入嘉威太空双宝的架子上,以180度烤约8-10分钟。(图5)
5. 中途打开再补上一层照烧酱继续烤。(图6)
6. 烤好了撒上少许烤香白芝麻,就可趁热享用。

【Ingredients】
200g saba fish, some toast white sesame
【Teriyaki sauce Ingredients】
30g ginger, 10g coriander leave, 2 garlic, 50ml soy sauce, some dark soy sauce, 50g sugar, salt to taste,
dash of black pepper and chicken granule stock, 150ml water
【Method】
1. Wash saba fish and sear in a frying pan with some oil till both side golden brown, arrange on CW
SPACE OVEN tray . (pic 1)
2. To prepare teriyaki sauce: Boil all the ingredients about 10-15 minutes till sauce thicken.(pic 2-3)
3. Brush saba fish with teriyaki sauce.(pic 4)
4. Place the saba fish on the rack of CW SPACE OVEN WOK, bake at 180℃ for 8-10 minutes.(pic 5)
5. Half way brush the teriyaki sauce on the saba fish and continue baking (pic 6)
6. Spread with some toasted white sesame before serve.
