燕窝人参粥Bird’s Nest Ginseng Porridge

【材料】
鸡高汤1公升、白米100克(洗净滴干)、鲜人参35克、鲜百合55克、红枣5粒、即食燕窝45克、盐和糖适量

【做法】
1.把高汤和人参、红枣放入炖盅,隔水墩25-30分钟。
2.加入白米继续炖20-25分钟至熟,然后以盐和糖调味。
3. 把粥盛入碗内,加上1汤匙即即食燕窝和少许百合即可。

【Ingredients】
1litre fresh chicken stock, 100g rice (rinsed and drained), 35g fresh ginseng, 55g fresh pak hup, 5 red dates, 45g prepared superior bird’s nest, some salt and sugar to taste

【Method】
1.Put fresh chicken stock, ginseng and red dates in a double-boiler pot. Double-boil for 25-30 minutes.
2.Add in rice and continue to double-boil for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked through. Add salt and sugar to taste.
3.Dish out into individual bowls and top up with a table spoon of instance bird’s nest and add some fresh pak hup.
