爆米花球PopCorn Ball

【材料】
A:干玉米粒80克、菜油2汤匙
B:花生30克(炒香去衣)
C:白糖150克、水150克、菜油1汤匙、麦芽糖1大匙、蜜糖1汤匙
【做法】
1. 将2汤匙菜油放入锅中烧热,放入玉米粒加盖爆至开花熄火取出。(图1-2)
2. 把C料以中火煮至溶解及浓缩成为糖油,倒入爆米花和花生快速拌匀。(图3-5)
3. 趁热取一小团爆米花揉圆,然后用花纸包扎起来并以彩带绑紧,重复至爆米花生用完。(图6-7)

【Ingredients】
A:80g dried corn kernel, 2 tbsp margarine
B:30g peanut (skinned & toasted)
C:150g sugar, 150ml water, 1 tbsp margarine, 1 tbsp maltose, 1 tbsp honey
【Method】
1. Heat 2 tbsp margarine in wok, add in corn kernel and cover the lid, cook until corn kernel pop out, dish out. (pic 1-2)
2. Boil ingredients C until caramelised, pour in popcorn and peanut, stir to mix.(pic 3-5)
3. Take a portion of popcorn and shape like ball while hot and wrap it with gift wraps and tie with ribbons;
repeat steps until finish all popcorn. (pic 6-7)
