牛油果雪条Avocado Ice-cream Potong

【材料】
牛油果 2颗⁣
全脂牛奶⁣ 250毫升
黄糖 2汤匙⁣
海盐 1/2茶匙⁣
Nutella巧克力酱 适量

【辅助材料】
冰条袋 约4个
小漏斗 1个

【制法】
1. 取一汤锅,将牛奶、黄糖和海盐混合后,小火煮至滚,待凉,备用。
2. 将牛油果切开,去籽切块后,用搅拌机搅碎,然后倒入牛奶,搅拌细滑,备用。
3. 取一雪条袋,将巧克力酱挤进雪条袋内,然后用手稍微挤压雪条袋成不规则的巧克力酱图案。
4. 在巧克力酱雪条袋口装上小漏斗,倒入适量的牛油果浆,然后将封口束紧。
5. 重复作法至牛油果浆完毕,然后放进雪柜里冷冻至凝固,即可取出享用。

【Ingredients】
2 avocados
250ml full cream milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp sea salt
Some Nutella chocolate spread

【Tools】
4 ice cream Potong bags
1 small funnel

【Method】
1.Mixes milk, brown sugar and sea salt in a pot, bring to boil and let cool down.
2.Avocados seeded and cut into small pieces; add in milk mixture and blend until fine.
3.Place some chocolate spread into the ice cream potong bag and squeeze with hand into uneven form.
4.Place funnel on the chocolate filled bag, pour in adequate avocado mixtures, tighten up the bag.
5.Repeat steps until all ingredients are used; keep ice cream Potong bag in freezer until set; enjoy as you wish.
