牛蒡黑豆汤 Burdock blackbean soup

材料:
牛蒡1条、红萝卜1条、黑豆50克(浸泡)、大枣6粒(去核)、排骨400克、清水1.5公升
调味料:
盐适量
做法:
1.把牛蒡和红萝卜削皮切块备用。(图1-3)
2.排骨汆烫滚水洗净。(图4)
3.把处理好的材料全部放入锅中并注入清水,大火煲至滚再转小火,继续煮1小时。(图5-7)
4.加入盐调味即可。

Ingredients:
1 block Burdock, 1 carrot, 50g black bean(soaked), 6 red dates (deseed), 400g pork ribs, water 1.5 litre
Seasoning:
dash of salt
Method:
1. Peeled burdock and carrot, cut in pieces. (pic 1-3)
2. Blanch pork ribs with boiling water, drain and set aside. (pic 4)
3. Place all the ingredients into pot, cook with higheat till boiling, turn to low heat and
simmer for another 1 hour. (pic 5-7)
4. Season with some salt, done.
