【材料】
猪肝200克、粉肠100克、猪腰1只、米300克、清水2000毫升、姜丝、葱花各适量

【调味料】
麻油、胡椒粉、盐、味精各适量

【做法】
1.猪肝切片,粉肠灌水洗净切断,猪腰切去筋,用热水汆烫半熟。(图1-4)
2.米洗净,煮滚2000毫升水,加入2汤匙清油。
3.用中火煲20分钟至米绵烂,加入盐和味精调味。
4.加入粉肠、猪肝及猪腰煮熟,加入姜丝及葱花便可盛起享用。

【Ingredient】
200g pig’s liver, 100g pig’s intestine, 1pc kidney, 300g rice, chopped spring onion and shredded ginger

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, MSG, sesame oil, pepper

【Method for innards】
1.Slice pig’s liver, filled intestine with water to clean inside, then cut into sections. Prepare pig’s kidney. Blanch all pig’s innard in boiling water till half cook.(pic 1-4)
2.Wash rice, boil 2000ml water in pot; add in rice and 2 tbsp cooking oil.
3.Boil in high heat for 30 minutes.
4.Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes until as is the consistency of porridge. Add seasoning and toss in pig’s innards, stir to cook, spread shredded ginger and spring onion on top of porridge when serve.
