猪皮肉碎蒸蛋Steamed Egg on Lard

材料:
蛋4粒
水80毫升
蒜茸1大匙
花肉500克
调味料:
盐½小匙
胡椒粉½小匙
麻油1小匙
粟粉2大匙
青葱粒1大匙
香油1小匙
做法:
1.将花肉去皮,肉剁碎,皮切小块待用。
2.把蛋敲入碗里,加入水、蒜茸和调味料打
散,加入肉碎拌匀。(图1~2)
3.倒入深碟里,排上猪皮,放入蒸笼里,用
中蒸20-25分钟至熟。(图3~4)
4.取出,洒上青葱粒,淋上香,即可。

 

INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
80ml water
1 tbsp chopped garlic
500g pork belly
SEASONING:
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
METHOD:
1. Remove skin of pork belly, mince the meat and cut the skin into
small pieces.
2. Beat eggs in bowl with water, garlic and seasoning, and then toss
in minced meat.(pic 1-2)
3. Pour egg and meat mixture into a deep plate, top with skin and steam
in medium heat for20-25 minutes or until cooked. (pic 3-4)
4. Dish out, sprinkle spring onion and sesame oil on top to serve.
