猪红粥Pig’s Blood Porridge

【材料】
猪红2块、米粉适量、香米200克、水1500毫升、葱花、姜丝各少许

【调味料】
盐、味精、胡椒粉

【做法】
1.将猪红却成喜好之大小方块。(图1)
2.香米先用水浸泡,在饭锅中加入清水1500毫升煮沸。(图2)
3.加入香米及2汤匙生油,大火煲滚后,要不时搅拌,煮至粥绵绸。
4.开一小锅滚水,将猪红烫熟,隔水;米粉放入热油中快速泡油取出沥油。(图3-4)
5.将已煲好之粥调味后盛碗,加入猪红,撒上炸香米粉、姜丝及葱花,轻轻搅拌均匀便可食用。

【Ingredient】
2 blocks congealed pig’s blood, some rice vermicelli, 200g fragrant rice, 1500ml water, some chopped spring onion and shredded ginger

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, MSG, pepper

【Method】
1.Cut congealed pig’s blood into desired size.(pic 1)
2.Pre-soak rice in water. Boil 1500ml water in rice cooker.(pic 2)
3.Add in rice and 2 tbsp cooking oil, once boil in high heat, keep stirring and continue cooking as is the consistency of porridge.
4.Blanch congealed pig’s blood in boiling water till cook. Quick fry rice vermicelli in hot oil, dish out and drain.(pic 3-4)
5.Season the porridge and toss in congealed pig’s blood, stir tenderly to mix. Place porridge in bowl, spread fried rice vermicelli, spring onion and ginger on top, serve hot.
