玉米布丁Corn Pudding

【材料】
鲜玉米粒200克、生奶50毫升、 鲜奶油250克、细砂糖75克、蛋黄两个

【做法】
1.将玉米粒和鲜奶混合,加入鲜奶油和蛋黄慢慢顺时钟搅拌,煮至浓稠。
2.将细沙糖倒进煮溶后,熄火,倒入模具或小碗里,去掉表面的泡沫。
3.将调好的玉米蛋浆端上蒸笼用小火蒸30分钟至玉米熟透为止。
4.将蒸好的布丁取出放凉後即可放入冰箱冷藏至凝固为止即可取出享用。
5.食用时淋上鲜奶或黄糖增添风味。

【Ingredients】
200g fresh corn kernels, 50ml fresh milk, 250g fresh cream, 75g castor sugar, 2 egg yolk

【Method】
1.Mixes corn kernels with fresh milk, and then mixes in fresh cream and egg yolk, stir in constant direction on low heat until mixture become thicken.
2.Add in sugar and stir until sugar dissolved, turn off heat and then pour into mould, remove bubble on the surface.
3.Steam pudding in low heat for 30 minutes or until the pudding is set.
4.Let the pudding cool down then only store in fridge.
5.May serve with milk or caramelized palm sugar syrup.
