珍珠红酒当归蒸田鸡 Steam Frog With Pearl Red Wine

【材料】
田鸡3只、红枣5粒、杞子1汤匙(洗净)、当归5片、珍珠红酒4汤匙、姜丝10克

【调味料】
生抽1汤匙、麻油1茶匙、蚝油1汤匙、栗粉1茶匙、食油1汤匙

【做法】
1.把田鸡洗净斩小块,加入调味料捞匀腌10分钟。(图 1-3)
2.加入其余的材料拌匀,以大火蒸20分钟即可。
3.吃前再赞入少许珍珠红酒。

【Ingredients】
3 frog, 5 red dates, 1tsp qi zhi(wash), 5 slices dang gui, 4 tbsp Pearl red wine, 10g ginger.

【Seasoning】
1tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp corn flour, 1tbsp cooking oil

【Method】
1.Wash and cur frog into small pieces, marinate with seasoning, set aside for 10 minutes.(pic 1-3)
2.Add in all ingredients and mix well with frog, steam with high heat for 20 minutes till frog cooked.(pic 4-6)
3.Sprinkle some extra pearl red wine before serve.
