瑶柱蒸白萝卜Steamed White Radish With Scallop

【材料】
白萝卜1条约 250 克、干瑶柱约 10 粒、纯净水适量、蚝油1汤匙

【做法】
1.干瑶柱预先洗净,用纯净水浸泡至软,浸泡干瑶柱的水留着备用。
2.将2-3汤匙的瑶柱水与蚝油拌匀成酱汁,备用。
3.白萝卜洗净去皮,切成约2cm环状,接着在中心挖出一个小洞,放入瑶柱。
4.淋上酱汁,冷水入蒸锅,大火蒸35分钟至白萝卜软身后取出,即可趁热享用。

【INGREDIENTS】
250g white radish, 10pcs dried scallop, some water, 1 tbsp oyster sauce

【METHOD】
1.Wash dried scallop and soak till soften. Keep the soaked water aside.
2.Mix 2-3 tbsp soaked scallop water with oyster sauce to make sauce, set aside.
3.Peel and cut radish into 2cm rings, hollow the middle and stuff with a dried scallop.
4.Pour sauce ingredients over, steam with high heat for 35 minutes till radish soften. Remove and serve warm.
