瓦煲鸡饭Clay Pot Chicken Rice

【材料
鸡腿500克、香米300克、水420毫升

【腌料】
盐1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、蚝油1汤匙、黑酱油少许、胡椒粉适量、糖1茶匙、玉米粉1茶匙、姜汁1汤匙

【做法】
1.将腌料跟鸡腿肉全部搅拌均匀。腌制至少30分钟;臘腸切片備用。
2.米加入水在瓦煲里煮至半熟,大约10分钟。
3.饭煮至半熟后,加入鸡块、咸鱼和腊肠。
4.倒入酱汁,加盖,以小火煮至熟。大约10-15分钟。
5.放入葱花和少许料酒,便可上桌。

【INGREDIENTS】
500g chicken drumstick, 300g fragrant rice grains, 420ml water

【MARINATES】
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp oyster sauce,
Some dark soy sauce, dash of pepper, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tbsp ginger juice

【METHOD】
1.Marinate chicken meat with marinades for at least 30 minutes.
2.Boil rice grains in clay pot for about 10 minutes or until half cooked.
3.Add in meat at this juncture.
4.Pour in marinating sauce, cover with lid and cook in low heat for another 10-15 minutes.
5.Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and drizzle in extra wine to serve.
