生菜包 Lettuce Wrap

[材料]

五花肉250克(切片)、韭菜100克(切粒)、虾米40克(浸软)、蒜茸1汤匙、生菜1棵(洗净剥叶)

[调味料A]

生抽2汤匙、五香粉1/2茶匙、胡椒粉少许、糖1茶匙、粟粉1大汤匙

[调味料B]

鸡精粉少许

[做法]

1.五花肉加入A料捞匀腌约10分钟,然后放入热油中炸熟及脆,取出沥油。

2.留油少许爆香蒜茸及虾米,加入韭菜和调味料B炒熟便可盛起。

3.取1片生菜包入1大汤匙(2)馅料再加入1片爽脆五花肉包起便可进食。

Ingredients:

250g pork belly (sliced), 100g chives (chipped), 40g dried shrimp (soaked), 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 stalk lettuce (wash and take the leaf only)

Seasoning A:

2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp 5 spiced powder, dash of pepper, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn flour

Seasoning B:

Dash of chicken stock granule

Method:

  1. Marinate meat with seasoning A for 10 minutes and then deep fry until crispy.
  2. Keep some oil in wok and sauté garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant, then toss in chives and seasoning B.
  3. Wrap 1 tbsp of filling and 1 piece of crispy meat with 1 sprig of lettuce and serve directly.
