生鱼拌飯 Poke Bowl

【材料】
海苔沙律50克(现买)、红和黄色樱桃番茄适量(切片)、青瓜丝适量、糙米饭30-50克、红和紫色萝卜丝适量、烤瓜子20克、芝麻1茶匙、鲜三文鱼100克(切粒)
【沙律酱】
鲜橙汁125毫升和橙皮茸、麻油¼茶匙、酱油2汤匙、黄糖1茶匙、盐和胡椒粉适量
【做法】
1. 把沙律酱混合,收入冰箱。(图1)
2. 在大碗内把所有蔬菜排列好,铺上三文鱼,收入冰箱。(图2-6)
3. 吃前淋入5-6汤匙的沙律酱,搅拌均匀即可享用。

【Ingredients】
50 g Seaweed salad (store bought), Red & yellow baby tomatoes(sliced), 1 cucumber(shredded), 30-50g cooked brown rice, some sweet peas (blanch & cut), some shredded cucumber, purple & orange carrot, 20g Pumpkin seeds (toasted), 1 tsp sesame seeds
(toasted), 100g fresh Salmon (cubed)
【Orange salad dressing】
125 ml fresh orange juice & its zest, ¼ tsp sesame oil, 2 Tbsps light soya sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar or to taste, salt & pepper to taste
【Method】
1. Combine all orange dressing and keep chilled. (pic1)
2. Arrange all the ingredients in a serving bowl, keep chill in refrigerator until needed. (pic 2-6)
3. Once ready to eat, pour 5-6 tbsp of dressing over, toss the salad and serve immediately.
