番茄酱吞拿鱼煎蛋Omelet Tomatoes and Tuna Fish

【材料】
罐头吞拿鱼1罐、鸡蛋4粒、海盐1茶匙、橄榄油2-3汤匙

【酸甜番茄酱】
A:橄榄油1汤匙、番茄1个(切碎) 、粟粉1茶匙(加清水2汤匙拌匀)
B:蕃茄酱4汤匙、柠檬汁2汤匙、砂糖2茶匙、海盐1/2茶匙

【吞拿鱼煎蛋制法】
1.将罐头吞拿鱼和鸡蛋倒入碗中,加入海盐,稍微拌匀。(图1)
2.热油锅,倒入吞拿鱼蛋液,煎至金黄后上碟。(图2)

【酸甜番茄酱制法】
1.预先将材料B拌匀,备用。
2.热油锅,将番茄碎略炒后加入B混合料煮至滚。以少许粟粉勾芡,即可淋在煎蛋上。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
1 canned tuna fish, 4 eggs, 1 tsp sea salt, 2-3 tbsp olive oil

【Sweet and Sour Tomato Sauce】
A:1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tomato(chopped), 1 tsp corn flour, 2 tbsp water
B:4 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp sea salt

【Method for Egg】
1.Mix tuna and egg together in a big bowl, season with salt.(pic 1)
2.Heat oil in wok, pour in tuna egg sauce, fry till golden brown. Place on a serving plate.(pic 2)

【Method for Tomato Sauce】
1.In a bowl, mix all ingredients B, set aside.
2.Heat olive oil in wok, saute chopped tomatoes till fragrant, pour in ingrediens B and bring to boil. Thicken with corn flour, pour on the tuna omelet and serve.(pic 3-4)
