番茄面线汤Tomato Soup Mee Shua

材料:
面线2粒、番茄1粒( 切片)、鸡蛋2粒、姜末½汤匙、清水2杯

调味料:
番茄酱2汤匙、酱油½汤匙、胡椒粉少许、糖1茶匙

做法:
1.起锅热油,放入1粒鸡蛋煎熟,捞出。(图1)
2.镬中放入番茄和姜末翻炒。(图2-3)
3.放入清水,下调味料煮沸。(图4-5)
4.放入荷包蛋和打入另1粒鸡蛋,捞散熄火。(图6-7)
5.把面线烫熟沥干,放入汤内即可享用。(图8)

INGREDIENTS:
2 bunches Mee Shua, 1 tomato(sliced), 2 eggs,½ tbsp chopped ginger, 2 cup water

SEASONING:
2 tbsp tomato sauce, ½ tbsp soy sauce, dash of pepper, 1 tsp sugar

METHOD:
1.Heat oil in wok, put in 1 egg fry until cooked, dish out and set aside. (pic 1)
2.Add tomato and ginger in wok, stir to mix.(pic 2-3)
3.Pour in water and seasoning, bring to a boil.(pic 4-5)
4.Add in fried egg and remaning egg, stir well and turn off heat. (pic 6-7)
5.Scud Mee Shua until cooked, drain and put into tomato soup, ready to serve. (pic 8)
