白松露杂菌通心意粉White Truffle Spaghetti

【材料】
A: 洋葱½颗(切碎)、蒜头5颗(切片)、辣椒干粉2茶匙、
B: 洋菇4颗(切片)、杏鲍菇4片(切丝)、草菇 4颗(切片)、牛至叶1根
C: 通心粉 200克(煮好备用)、盐适量、糖适量、白松露油适量
D: 香菜适量(切碎)

【做法】
1. 预热平底锅,中火加入2汤匙橄榄油,加入材料A爆香。
2. 接着加入材料B翻炒至熟透,间中可加入少许水。
3. 加入通心粉炒匀,并以少许盐、糖及白松露油调味即可上碟,撒上香菜。

Ingredients
A: ½ onion (chopped), 5 pips garlic (sliced), 2 tsp chili powder
B: 4 pcs fresh mushroom (sliced), 4 slices drumstick mushroom (juliennes), 4 pcs straw mushroom (sliced), 1 stalk oregano
C: 200g spaghetti (cooked), dash of salt, sugar and white truffle oil
D: Some chopped coriander

【Method】
1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in pan with medium heat, add in ingredients A and sauté until golden brown.
2. Follow with ingredients B, stir-fry until cooked, may splash in some water if too dry.
3. Mixes the cooked mushrooms with spaghetti, season with salt, sugar and white truffle oil, dish out and sprinkle chopped coriander on top.
