白酱三文治 Melted spread

材料:

面包或法国牛角面包4个、Cheddar芝士120克(薄片) 、火鸡火腿片8片、牛油60克(室温)

奶油蘑菇白醬:

牛奶500毫升、面粉30克、牛油30克、鲜蘑菇100克(切片) 、香草2束(百里香等)、蒜头2瓣(剁碎) 、大葱1粒、盐和黑胡椒适量

混合沙律菜4份

奶油蘑菇白醬做法:

  • 把牛油放入锅里加热溶解后,加入面粉炒均。
  • 倒入牛奶,边搅边煮至滚。
  • 把白酱盛在碗里。
  • 另外起锅热油,把蒜茸和葱茸炒熟。
  • 加入蘑菇、鲜香草,煮数分钟。
  • 拌入白酱,以盐和胡椒调味,保温。

吃法:

  • 把面包打横切开。
  • 涂上牛油,放入一片火腿,再涂白酱和铺上芝士片。
  • 放入预热至180˚C烤炉里烤至芝士溶解。

配沙律吃。

 

Ingredients:
4 no Bread loaf/ croissant
120 gm Cheddar Cheese – thin slices
8 slices Turkey ham
60 gm Butter – room temperature

Mushroom Béchamel sauce
500 ml Milk
30 Gm Flour
30 gm Butter
100 gm Fresh mushroom – sliced
2 sprig Fresh oregano or thyme
2 cloves Chopped garlic
1 no Chopped onion
t.t Salt , ground black-pepper

4 portion Mixed salad

METHOD:
To prepare the mushroom béchamel sauce:
1. Melt butter in a sauce-pan add in flour.
2. Stir in milk and bring to boil.
3. Transfer to a bowl, keep aside. *This sauce is known as béchamel sauce
4. In another pan, sauté onion and garlic.
6 Add in sliced mushroom, fresh oregano/thyme. Cook for few minutes.
6. stir in béchamel sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

To serve:

  1. Split bread into half, horizon.
  2. Spread with butter. place turkey ham on the bread, topped with mushroom béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese
  3. Place them on oven at 180˚C till cheese is melted.
  4. Serve with mixed salad
