百花莲藕Flowery Lotus Roots

【材料】
嫩莲藕500克、虾肉150克、西兰花50克、蛋白1个

【调味料】
盐1茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙

【做法】
1.将虾肉洗净,剁碎至起胶为止。西兰花洗净烫熟备用。
2.莲藕洗净刮去皮,切厚片,取虾饺将两片莲藕酿夹好。
3.起油锅,大火将莲藕夹炸熟,捞起沥干油备用。
4.将清水加入所有调味料和生粉调好煮滚。
5.倒入蛋白搅拌均匀,盛起淋上摆好碟子的西兰花和藕夹即可享用。

【Ingredients】

1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder

【Method】
1.Wash shrimp and chop until springy; wash and blanch broccoli.
2.Peel lotus root and slice thickly, and then sandwich 2 slices of lotus roots with shrimp paste.
3.Heat oil in wok, deep fry sandwich lotus root until cooked, drain.
4.Boil seasoning with water and thicken with starch.
5.Mix in egg white and pour the gravy over the lotus root that garnish by broccoli.
