百香芒果蛋糕杯Mango Passion Fruit Trifle

【材料】
现买海绵蛋糕300克、发起鲜奶油200克(打发)、牛奶125毫升+ 奶皇粉20克、细糖50克、鲜奶油50克、熟芒果3粒(去皮切丁)、百香果6-8粒
玻璃杯6个

【做法】
1.把奶皇粉和牛奶混合,搅拌至滑后加入糖和奶油,搅拌至稠。(图1)
2.把蛋糕切3公分厚片, 排入玻璃杯里,涂上一层奶皇奶油后铺上芒果肉。(图2-3)
3.涂上一层奶皇奶油,再铺上少许百香果籽和发起鲜奶油。(图4-5)
4.重复步骤至玻璃杯填满材料。最顶一层铺百香果籽。(图6-7)
5.冷藏后享用。

【Ingredients】
300g bought chocolate sponge cake, 200g non dairy whipping cream (stiffly beaten), 125 ml cup milk + 20g instant custard, 50g castor sugar, 50g dairy cream, 3 ripe mangoes (skinned and cut into cubes), 6-8 passion fruits (pulp removed and set aside)
6 Glass Cups

【Method】
1.Combine instant custard and milk, stir until smooth. Add the sugar and cream, stir till thickens, set aside. (pic 1)
2.Cut cake into 3cm pieces. Arrange over base of glasses. Top with mangoes. (pic 2-3)
3.Spread a layer of custard over & ladle some passion fruit pulp. Top with fresh cream.(pic 4-5)
4.Repeat the steps until the glasses are filled. Top with extra passion fruit pulp.(pic 6-7)
5.Chill and serve cold.
