粟米煎饼Corn Pancake

【材料】
糯米粉100克、粟米粉30克、蛋黄粉20克、幼糖40克、热水50克、清水30克、马芝淋菜油20克、粟米粒50克

【做法】
1.把全部粉料和糖放入搅拌盆里拌匀,加入热水先拌匀。(图1)
2.加入清水、菜油和粟米粒一起揉均匀成粉团待休10分钟。(图2-4)
3.将粉团搓成长条,分割成40克一粒,搓成圆形按扁,再放入剪锅中,前至两面黄色即可享用。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
100g glutinous rice flour, 30g cornflour, 20g custard powder, 40g castor sugar, 50g hot water, 20g margerine vegetable oil, 30g water , 50g corn kernels

【Method】
1.Put all flour ingredients and sugar in a mixing bowl, mix well with hot water.(pic 1)
2.Add in oil, water and corn kernel, mix well and knead into dough, cover and rest for 10 minutess.(pic 2-4)
3.Knead the dough in long shape, divide into 40g per portion, flatten it and pan fry till both side golden brown, done.(pic 5-6)
