糙米白果玉米露Ginkgo Syrup with Brown Rice

【材料】
糙米1/2杯(浸水过夜)、鲜玉米2条、水1400毫升、鲜白果2包、班兰叶适量

【做法】
1.鲜自果切开取出白果心备用。
2.糙米放入搅拌机加入1杯水,搅拌成米浆备用。
3.用刀从鲜玉米上切出玉米粒 ,放入搅 拌机加入水1杯, 打成玉米浆备用。
4.将1400毫升水倒进煲里,然后加入所有材料,不时搅拌,预防黏底,至水滚, 加入冰 糖,慢火煮大约5至10分钟即成,趁热享用。

【Ingredients】
1/2 cup browned rice (soak over night), 2 fresh corns, 1400ml water, 2 pkts fresh gingko, some pandan leaves

Method
1.Halve the gingko and remove the bitter-tasting plumelet.
2.Blend browned rice in an electric blender with 1 cup of water until it becomes paste.
3.Cut the kernel from the whole corn and blend in an electric blender with 1 cup of water until it becomes paste.
4.Pour 1400ml water in pot add in all ingredients and keep stirring during cooking to prevent they stick to the pot; once boiled add in rock sugar and continue to cook in low heat for 5-10 minutes. Dish out and serve hot.
