素酿紫菜角Seaweed Somali

【材料】
紫菜两张、姜两片、马铃薯两个、素香肠100g、香菇两朵、芹菜一棵、红萝卜半根

【调味料】
盐一茶匙、酱油两茶匙、生粉一汤匙

【做法】
1.将香菇用温水泡软,捞起沥干水剁碎;马铃薯蒸软压成泥备用。
2.将芹菜洗净取茎切碎;红萝卜和姜洗净切碎;素香肠解冻洗净切丁备用。
3.将所有材料加入薯泥和调味料搅拌均匀即成馅料。(图1)
4.取紫菜一张剪成6小块,包上馅料,捏成菱形,用清水封口。(图2-3)
5.将紫菜角放进笼蒸内,用旺火蒸约12分钟即可食用。(图4)

【Ingredients】
2 sheets seaweed, 2 slice gingers, 2 potato, 100g
mock sausage, 2 pcs dried mushroom, 1 stalk
celery, 1⁄2 carrot

【Seasoning】
1 tsp salt, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour

【Method】
1.Soak mushroom in warm water till soften, then chop finely; steam potato and mash it.
2.Wash and chop celery stem, carrot and ginger finely, dice mock sausage.
3.Mixes all ingredients with mashed potato and seasoning as filling. (pic 1)
4.Trim seaweed sheet into 6 pieces and wrap each with some filling mixture, shape like triangular and seal with water on the edge. (pic 2-3)
5.Steam them in high heat for 12 minutes, done.(pic 4)
