紫菜卷Nori Meat Roll

【材料A】
日本紫菜2片

【材料B】
肉碎300克、虾肉碎200克、红萝卜碎1汤匙、芫荽叶1汤匙、青葱粒1汤匙、盐和胡椒粉适量、粟粉1汤匙

【做法】
1.将B料拌匀,分开2份。(图1-3)
2.放一份馅料在紫菜上然后卷起,用水粘着收口。(图4-5)
3.放紫菜卷入蒸锅内蒸20分钟。(图6)
4.取出将紫菜肉卷随意切开长或短即可上桌。

【INGREDIENTS A】
2 nori sheets

【INGREDIENTS B】
300g minced meat, 300g minced prawn meat, 1 tbsp carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp spring chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp corn-flour

【METHOD】
1.Mix B ingredients and divide into 2 portions. (pic 1-3)
2.Put one portion on sheet, roll up and seal with water. (pic 4-5)
3.Put nori rolls in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes. (pic 6)
4.Remove, cut nori rolls into desire sizes and serve.
