红枣芝麻条Date & Sesame Bars

【材料】
无盐牛油250克(切粒)、细糖1/2杯、蜜糖1汤匙、去核红枣碎1杯、中筋面粉1杯、发粉1汤匙、燕麦1 1/3杯、芝麻1/3杯

【做法】
1.把牛油、糖及蜜糖一起煮至牛油溶解,熄火,加入红枣,搅拌均匀。
2.把面粉及发粉过筛在搅拌器中,加入燕麦和芝麻(保留2汤匙),混合均匀后加入溶解牛油混合料,搅拌成面糊。
3.将混合料铺在涂油铺纸的11×7寸烤盘里,烫平,撒上保留的芝麻,然后放入预热至180°C的烤炉里烤20-25分钟至金黄色,取出待凉脱盘,移到粘板上切成长条即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
250g unsalted butter(diced), 1/2 cup caster sugar, 1 tbsp honey,1 cup chopped (pitted dates), 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 1/3 cups rolled oats, 1/3 cup sesame seeds

【METHOD】
1.Put the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan and heat gently until the butter has melted, then remove from the heat and stir in the dates.
2.Place the flour, baking powder and oats in a bowl. Add the sesame seeds, reserving 2 tbsp, pour in the butter mixture and mix until combined.
3.Spoon into a greased 11×7 inch, shallow baking pan and level the surface. Sprinkle with the reserved seeds. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes or until pale golden and firm to the touch. Let cool in the pan, then turn out onto a board and cut into bars.
