红烧扣肉青豆酱面包 Processed peas pesto baguette

材料:

万茂上等青豆1罐,胡椒粉1/2茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,橄榄油1汤匙,白糖1/2茶匙

法国长面包1条(切成10公分长再切片),古龙红烧扣肉1罐(切丝),mozzarella芝士茸100克

做法:

  • 把万茂上等青豆滴干,以电动搅拌器搅拌至细滑,然后加入橄榄油,盐,糖及胡椒粉,试味。
  • 把法国面包片烤5-8分钟至酥脆。
  • 面包上铺青豆酱料,红烧扣肉丝及芝士茸。
  • 再入烤炉烤约2分钟至芝士溶解,然后上面再淋少许肉汁即可。

Ingredients:

 

1 can MAKMUR processed peas [kacang hijau]

½ tsp ground pepper

½ tsp salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

½ tsp sugar

 

1 baguette – cut into 10 cm lengths and sliced

1 can GULONG stewed pork Sliced, shreadded

100 g grated mozzarella cheese

 

Method:

  • Drain MAKMUR processed peas, put in electric blender, puree then adding olive oil, salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
  • Bake each sliced baguette in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until crispy.
  • Top with MAKMUR pesto, some shreadded GULONG meat and cheese.
  • Grill for 2 minutes until cheese melts and serve drizzled with some GULONG gravy from the can,done.
