红烧排骨蒸南瓜 STEAMED PUMPKIN WITH STEWED PORK CHOPS

材料 :
南瓜300克(去皮切片)、古龙牌红烧排骨1罐、万茂牌上等金菇½罐(滴干)、古龙牌香菇橄榄菜1汤匙、麻油 1茶匙、蒜茸1汤匙、枸杞1汤匙
调味料 :
珠江桥牌生抽王1汤匙、白糖1½茶匙
装饰 : 青葱粒少许

做法 :
1 把南瓜切小块,蒸10-15分钟至刚好熟,倒掉蒸汁。(图1)
2 起锅热麻油,把蒜茸爆香。(图2-3)
3 加入古龙牌香菇橄榄菜,继续爆香。
4 下古龙牌红烧排骨、万茂牌上等金菇及调味料,然后拌入枸杞。(图4-6)
5 把炒料盛出,铺在南瓜上面。(图7)
6 上桌时,撒上装饰料。(图8)

INGREDIENTS :
300g pumpkin (peeled and sliced), 1 canned GULONG Brand Stewed Pork Chops, ½ canned MAKMUR
Golden Mushrooms (well drained), 1 tbsp GULONG Brand Mushrooms and Olive, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp
chopped garlic, 1 tbsp wolfberry
SEASONING :
1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce, 1 ½ tsp sugar or to taste
GARNISHING :
Some chopped spring onion

METHOD :
1 Cut pumpkin into pieces and steam for 10-15 minutes or till just tender, drain. (pic 1)
2 Heat sesame oil in a wok. Sauté garlic till fragrant.
3 Add GULONG Brand Mushrooms and Olive and continue to sauté. (pic 2-3)
4 Add canned GULONG Stewed Pork Chops, MAKMUR Golden Mushrooms and seasoning. Add
in wolfberry to mix. (pic 4-6)
5 Spoon the mixture over the pumpkin. (pic 7)
6 Pour over some gravy, garnish and serve. (pic 8)
