红烧猪肉焖伊面BRAISED YEE-MIN WITH STEWED PORK

【材料】
油2汤匙、蒜茸2汤匙、洋葱1粒(切丝)、大蒜1棵(切片)、红萝卜1条(去皮切丝)、伊面200克、红烧猪肉2罐(烫热后滤出汤汁备用)

【调味料】
清水200毫升、红烧猪肉汤汁、蚝油2汤匙、糖2茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、酱青1汤匙、花雕酒 1汤匙

【勾芡】
粟粉2汤匙(加入4大匙水拌匀)

【做法】
1.烧热油爆香蒜茸,然后加入洋葱、大蒜和红萝卜丝炒匀。(图1-4)
2.注入清水、烧猪肉汤汁及调味料煮至滚,放入红烧猪肉和伊面煮至滚,勾芡后盛起享用。(图5-7)

【INGREDIENTS】
2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 onion (juliennes), 1 stalk leek (sliced), 1 carrot (peel and sliced), 200g Yee-Min, 1 canned Stewed Pork(heated, strain and keep the gravy)

【SEASONING】
200ml water, gravy from Stewed Pork, 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 2 tsp sugar, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Cooking Hua Tiao Wine

【THICKENING】
2 tbsp corn flour + 4 tbsp water

【METHOD】
1.Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant, add in shredded onion, leek and carrot, stir-fry well. (pic 1-4)
2 Add in water, gravy from the stewed pork and seasoning, bring to boil. Toss in Stewed Pork and yee min, thicken with starch, serve immediately. (pic 5-7)
