红酒卤猪脚 Braised Pork Shank with Red Wine

材料:
猪脚 1.2公斤、葱 40克(切段)、姜 40克(切片)、红辣椒 3根(切段)、水 600毫升

调味料:
红酒 600毫升、酱油 100毫升、米酒 100毫升

做法:
1 将猪脚洗净放入沸水中,川烫3分钟去渣滓然,捞起备用。(图1-2)
2 将所有材料、调味料和清水倒入锅中。(图3-6)
3 煮至滚后,转小火再闷30分钟即可。

INGREDIENTS :
1.2 kg pork shank, 40g spring onion (cut sections), 40g ginger (sliced), 3
red chilli (cut sections), 600ml water,
SEASONING :
600ml red wine 100 ml soy sauce, 100ml rice wine

METHOD :
1 Blanch pork shank in boiling water for about 3 minutes, wash and drain. (pic 1-2)
2. Put all ingredients, seasoning and water into pot.(pic 3-6)
3. Once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes, done.
