【材料A】
绿茶面2块、熟鸡肉50克、熟虾2只

【材料B】拌匀
芝麻香菇椿酱、天然调味料1茶匙、芫荽碎1汤匙、热上汤1/4杯、橄榄油1汤匙

【材料C】每样1汤匙,切丝
红萝卜、生菜、大辣椒、紫包菜(葵花籽、芝麻)

【做法】
1.将绿茶面放入滚水内煮熟’ 取出拌入(B)料。
2.把材料C放在面上,洒入葵花籽和芝麻即可食用。

【Ingredients A】
2 pcs green tea noodle, 50g cooked chicken meat, 2 pcs cooked prawn

【Ingredients B】mix
1tsp sesame vege mix, 1tsp liquid amino, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 cup hot broth, 1 tbsp olive oil

【Ingredients C】1tbsp each, shredded
carrot, lettuce, capsicum, purple cabbage (sunflower & sesame seed)

【Method】
1.Put noodle in boiling water to cook, remove and mix with ingredients B.
2.Arrange ingredients C on noodle, sprinkle seeds on top and serve.
