美乃滋凤梨虾 Pineapple Shrimp Mayonnaise

材料 :
虾20只、凤梨 200克(切粒)、鸡蛋1粒、柠檬1粒
调味料 :
玉米粉适量、美乃滋适量、盐适量
做法 :
1. 把大虾去壳洗干净在背上划上一刀备用。
2. 大虾用鸡蛋,盐和玉米粉腌制15分钟。(图1-2)
3. 将腌制好的大虾沾上玉米粉后放入油锅中以中火炸至金黄色后捞起备用。(图3-4)
4. 将炸好的虾,凤梨,美乃滋和少许柠檬汁搅拌一起即可。(图5-6)

INGREDIENTS :
20 prawns, 200g pineapple (dice),1 egg, 1 lemon
SEASONING :
some corn flour, some mayonaise,dash of salt to taste
METHOD :
1 Remove the prawns shell and devein the prawn.
2 Marinate prawns with egg, sal tand corn flour for 15 minutes.(pic 1-2)
3 Coat prawns with corn four and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown,drain. (pic 3-4)
4 Mix prawns with pineapple, mayonaise and some lemon juice, done. (pic 5-6)
