義式肉醬麵派 Bolognese Pasta Pie

┃材料┃
熟义大利面条 450克、猪绞肉300克、蒜茸1汤匙、洋葱末1杯、有机蕃茄义大利酱250克、鸡蛋1只、帕美森芝士适量、莫扎里
拉芝士碎适量、九层塔叶适量(剁碎)、橄榄油2汤匙 + 1汤匙
┃做法┃
1. 冷锅下2汤匙橄榄油,下蒜茸和洋葱末炒至香后,下猪绞肉翻炒至7分熟。(图1)
2. 加入有机蕃茄义大利酱和调味料烹煮至熟,盛盘备用。(图2-3)
3. 将煮熟的意大利面加入鸡蛋液和帕美森芝士拌匀,备用。(图4)
4. 将玛芬烤盘涂上一层橄榄油,放入义面,轻压成杯状,铺上肉酱,最后洒上莫扎里拉芝士碎, 放进烤箱,以180度烤约15分钟即可。(图5)

┃INGREDIENT┃
450g cooked spaghetti, 300g minced meat, 1tbsp chopped garlic,1 cup chopped onion, 250g organic tomato pasta sauce,
1 egg, some grated Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese, some chopped basil, 2 + 1 tbsp olive oil
┃METHOD┃
1. Saute garlic and onion with 2 tbsp olive oil until fragrant, toss In minced meat and stir-fry until 70% cooked. (pic 1)
2. Add in pasta sauce and seasoning, and cook until done, dish out. (pic 2-3)
3. Blend cooked spaghetti with egg and Parmesan cheese, set aside. (pic 4)
4. Grease muffin mold with olive oil and top with spaghetti, and then fill in minced meat and sprinkle Mozzarella
cheese on top. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes.(pic 5)
