肉松蒸豆腐Steam Tofu with Pork Floss

【材料】
软豆腐2块、胡椒粉1/2茶匙、麻油1/2茶匙、酱油1茶匙、番茄1粒(切丁)、清水/高汤2-3汤匙、猪肉松100克

【装饰】
爆蒜茸、青葱及西芹叶

【做法】
1.把豆腐放在耐热碟子里,撒上胡椒粉、麻油及酱油,然后铺上番茄、加少许清水或高汤,大火蒸8分钟。(图1-4)
2.离锅后撒上猪肉松和装饰料即可。(图5-6)

【INGREDIENTS】
2 soft tofu, 1/2 tsp ground pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2-3 tbsps water or stock, 1 large tomato(cubed), 100g pork floss

【GARNSHING】
garlic crisp, spring onions, celery leaves

【METHOD】
1.Place soft tofu in a heatproof dish, drizzle pepper, sesame oil and light soya sauce over. Top with tomatoes, some stock and place into a hot steamer to steam for 8 minutes. (pic 1-4)
2.Remove and top with the pork floss and garnishing ingredients. Serve immediately. (pic 5-6)
