肉碎沙拉包Chicken Salad Wrapped

【材料】
鸡胸肉350克、红萝卜20克(切碎)、小葱6粒(切片)、芫茜1棵、薄荷叶2束、生菜1棵(取叶)、指天椒5条(切碎)

【鸡胸肉腌料】
生抽1汤匙、糖1/2茶匙、蚝油2茶匙

【酱汁材料】
鱼露1汤匙、糖1/2茶匙、柠檬汁3汤匙、味精少许

【做法】
1.将鸡肉去皮剁碎,加入腌料捞匀腌10分钟,然后以少许油把鸡肉碎炒至干身盛起待用。(图1-4)
2.将酱汁放入大碗中,并加入炒鸡肉碎、红萝卜碎、小葱片、芫茜、薄荷叶及指天椒混合均匀成馅料。(图5-6)
3.用生菜包入馅料便可享用。

【Ingredients】
350g chicken breast meat, 20g carrot (chopped), 6 shallots (sliced), 1 stalk coriander, 2 stalks mint, 1 stalk lettuce (leaf only), 5 chili padi (chopped)

【Marinade for chicken】
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp oyster sauce

【Sauce ingredients】
1 tbsp fish sauce,1/2 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice, dash of MSG

【Method】
1.Skinned chicken breast meat, minced then marinate for 10 minutes; and then sauté with some hot oil until cooked and dries up.(pic 1-4)
2.Combine sauce ingredients with fried minced meat and all remaining ingredients as filling.(pic 5-6)
3.Wrap the filling with lettuce and serve.
