胜瓜鲜菇肉丸汤Loofah Meat Ball Soup

【材料】
胜瓜1条、猪肉碎200克、鱼胶100克、金针菇1包、姜3片、青葱1棵、上汤1大碗

【调味料】
盐1茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、胡椒粉少许

【做法】
1.将胜瓜刨皮切块,金针菇切除根部洗净。(图1-2)
2.把肉碎和鱼胶加入少许胡椒粉、盐、粟粉拌匀揉至起胶,然后用手挤出小丸子。(图3-4)
3.把上汤烧开,放入姜片煮至出味,加入胜瓜和肉丸子煮熟。(图5)
4.放入金针菇及调味料煮滚便可撒入青葱享用。(图6)

【Ingredients】
1 Loofah, 200g minced pork meat, 100g fish paste, 1 pkt Enokitake mushroom, 3 slices ginger, 1 stalk spring onion, 1 bowl stock

【Seasoning】
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, dash of pepper

【Method】
1. Peel Loofah and cut into wedges, remove stems of Enokitake mushroom and wash.(pic 1-2)
2.Combine minced meat and fish paste with dash of pepper, salt and corn flour, knead until springy; and then make small balls.(pic 3-4)
3.Boil stock with ginger until infuse ginger flavor, add in Loofah and meat balls, boil until cooked. (pic 5)
4.Add in Enokitake mushroom and seasoning, once boiled, sprinkle spring onion and serve.(pic 6)
