脆炸蔬菜Crispy Fried vegetables

【材料】
韭菜30克、豆芽50克、金针菇30克、大葱1粒、红萝卜1
粒、红辣椒1条、马铃薯1粒
【面糊材料】
面粉200克、粟粉50克、鸡精粉1茶匙、盐少许
【面糊做法】
先将全部材料加适量清水混合。(图1-2)
【做法】
1. 先将韭菜切段、大葱、红萝卜、马铃薯及红辣椒各切
丝,备用。(图3-4)
2. 将所有材料投入面糊中拌匀,用汤匙舀入热油中炸成
金黄色,沥油。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
30g chive, 50g bean sprout, 30g enokitake mushroom, 1
onion, 1 carrot, 1 red chilli, 1 potato
【Batter ingredients】
200g plain flour, 50g corn flour, 1 tsp chicken powder,
dash of salt
【To prepare batter】
Mix the batter ingredients with water in a bowl.(pic 1-2)
【Method】
1.Cut chive into blocks, juliennes onion, carrot, potato
and red chilli.(pic 3-4)
2.Mixes all ingredients with batter, scope 1 tbsp of batter
mixture into hot oil, deep fry until golden brown,
drain and serve.(pic 5-6)
