腊味糯米饭Wax Meat Glutinous Rice

【材料A】
糯米600克、蚝油2汤匙、黑酱油1/2汤匙、盐和胡椒粉适量、麻油1汤匙、鸡精粉1汤匙、油3汤匙、清水1 1/2杯

【材料B】
腊鸭9片、腊肠9片、腊肉9片、蚝干9只、日本干鲍鱼仔9粒、饭碗9个或大汤碗2个

【做法】
1.先将糯米洗净,浸3小时,沥干。
2.将剩余材料A放入糯米中拌匀,腌30分钟。(图1-3)
3.将B料拌匀然后排入涂油碗内,再用米盍著。(图4)
4.排入蒸锅内蒸35分钟或至熟透,倒扣入盘中进食。(图5-6)

【INGREDIENTS A】
600g glutinous rice, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp thick soy sauce, salt & pepper to taste 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp chicken powder, 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup water

【INGREDIENTS B】
9 slices wax duck, 9 slices sausage, 9 slices wax meat, 9 slices liver sausage, 9 pieces dried oyster, 9 pieces Japanese dried abalone, 9 rice bowls or 2 big soup bowls

【METHOD】
1.Clean and soak glutinous rice for 3 hours, drain.
2.Mix glutinous rice with remaining ingredients A for 30 minutes. (pic 1-3)
3.Mix B and arrange in greased bowls, cover with rice. (pic 4)
4.Put rice into steamer and steam for 35 minutes or until cooked, dislodge on serving plate. (pic 5-6)
