腐竹煲 BRAISED BEAN CURD WITH MUSHROOMS

材料

EB 鲜腐竹2包、鲜蘑菇 9朵、小玉米20 根 {切段}、红萝卜50 克   {切片}、姜片10 克、蒜蓉  1 茶匙、水700 毫升

调味料

素耗油                     2汤匙

蘑菇精                     ½ 汤匙

糖                              1茶匙

 

做法

  1. 瓦煲内热锅,加入两汤匙油,爆香姜片蒜蓉
  2. 放入鲜蘑菇,小玉米,萝卜片炒均匀
  3. 放入调味料,加水煮滚。
  4. 加入EB鲜腐竹,中火焖煮10分钟。
  5. 放上葱丝装饰,即可趁热享用。

Ingredients:

2 pck EB Fresh Soy Stick, 9 fresh mushroom, 20 baby corn (cut sections), 50g carrot (slices), 10g ginger slices, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 100ml water

Seasoning:

2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, ½ tbsp. mushroom granule stock, 1 tsp sugar

 

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in claypot, sauté ginger and chopped garlic till fragrant.
  2. Add in fresh mushroom, baby corn and carrot, stir fry well.
  3. Toss in seasoning and water, bring to a boil.
  4. Add in EB Fresh Soy Stick, cover the lid and cook with medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with some spring onion, ready to serve.
