艇仔粥Boat Porridge

【材料A】
米1杯、盐适量、麻油1茶匙、滚水12杯

【材料B】
干贝2粒、烧猪骨1块、龙虾干10条、鲍鱼干2片

【材料C】
大虾5只、鱼肉150克(切片)、浸发鱿鱼1/2只(切片)、蛤蜊10只、姜丝、青葱粒适量

【做法】
1.放(A)和(B)料入锅内煮滚,改用小火煮成粥。
2.加入(C)料煮熟后取出盛碗,洒上姜丝和青葱粒即可。

【Ingredients A】
1 cup rice salt to taste, 1tsp sesame oil, 12 cups hot water

【Ingredients B】
2 dried scallops, 1 roast pork bone, 10pcs dried lobster prawn, 2pcs dried abalone

【Ingredients C】
5 big prawns, 150gm fish meat (slice), 1/2 piece pre-soaked cuttlefish (slice), shredded ginger, spring onion to taste

【Method】
1.Put (A) and (B) into pot to boil, reduce to low heat to cook until become porridge.
2.Add in (C), once cooked, remove and fill in bowls, sprinkle with ginger and spring onion.
