芋头扣肉盒 FRIED YAM BOX WITH STEWED PORK SLICED

材料 :
粟粉3汤匙、芋头600克(去皮,切厚片)、古龙牌红烧扣肉1罐(沥干汁)
脆浆 :
普通面粉150克、粟米粉15克、澄面粉15克、发粉12克、盐1茶匙、糖1茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、麻油1茶匙、蛋1粒、油3汤匙、水100毫升

做法 :
1 将全部脆浆材料拌匀至顺滑备用。(图1)
2 每一片芋头抹上适量粟粉。(图2)
3 将每片古龙牌红烧扣肉沾上粟粉后,用2片芋头夹好。(图3)
4 再将芋头扣肉沾上脆浆,放进热油中炸至金黄色。捞起沥干油,趁热享用。(图4-6)

INGREDIENTS :
3 tbsp corn flour, 600g yam (peel and cut into thick slices), 1 canned GULONG Brand Stewed Pork
Sliced (gravy drained)
BATTER :
150g plain flour, 15g corn flour, 15g wheat starch, 12g baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp pepper,
1 tsp sesame oil, 1 egg, 3 tbsp oil, 100ml water
METHOD :
1 Mixes all batter ingredients into thick and smooth batter. (pic 1)
2 Coat every yam slice with corn flour. (pic 2)
3 Coat GULONG Brand Stewed Pork Sliced with corn flour, and then sandwich each pork slice with 2 yam slices. (pic 3)
4 Heat oil in wok, coat sandwich yam with batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain.
