【芋头瘦肉粥材料】
香米1杯、芋头160克、瘦肉100克、芫茜葱少许、南瓜60克、水1公升

【调味料】
A:粟粉1茶匙、水少许、麻油1茶匙、盐少许
B:盐1茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、胡椒粉少许

【配粥小菜】
罐头花生、罐头豆豉鲭鱼(均蒸热)、油条各适量

【瘦肉粥做法】
1.将芋头和南瓜去皮及籽切丁;瘦肉切薄片加入A料腌置片刻。(图1-4)
2.米洗净,倒入水以大火煮滚,改小火继续煮15分钟。
3.加入芋头及南瓜煮至够软。(图5)
4.放入腌好的瘦肉及B调味料煮熟,洒上芫茜葱。(图6)

【Ingredients for Porridge】
1 cup fragrant rice grain, 160g yam, 100g lean meat, some coriander & spring onion, 60g pumpkin, 1 litre water

【Seasoning】
A:1 tsp corn flour, some water, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of salt
B:1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, dash of pepper

【Sub-ingredients】
Some canned braised peanut, canned fried mackerel with salted black bean(steam to reheat), some yao zha kuai

【Method for Porridge】
1.Peel yam and pumpkin and cut into cubes, slice lean meat thinly and marinate with seasoning A.(pic 1-4)
2.Wash rice and bring to quick boil, then simmer in low heat for 15 minutes.
3.Add in yam and pumpkin, continue cooking until soften.(pic 5)
4.Add in meat and seasoning B, once cooked, sprinkle some coriander & spring onion on top, done.(Pic 6)
