芝士泡泡芙 Cheese Pop Overs

【材料】
鸡蛋3 粒、鲜奶250 毫升、牛油30克、面粉85 克、 帕马森芝士粉30 克、盐1⁄4茶匙
【做法】
1. 预热烤箱至 220℃,在模杯上涂上牛油。(图1)
2. 把蛋打入钢盆中,用搅拌器打发。(图2)
3. 加入牛奶和牛油,继续搅拌。
4. 面粉过筛,加入蛋浆里混合。最后,加入芝士粉和盐拌匀。(图3-4)
5. 将面糊倒入模杯内约半分满。(图5)
6. 放入烤箱,烤30分钟或至金黄色。(图6-7)
7. 取出脱模,即可享用。(图8)
贴士:在焗烤时切勿打开烤箱,否则芝士泡泡芙不能成形。

【Ingredients】
3 eggs, 250ml fresh milk, 30g butter, 85g plain flour, 30g parmesan cheese powder, 1⁄4 tsp salt
【Method】
1. Pre-heat oven at 220℃, grease mould cup with butter.(pic 1)
2. Beat egg until fluffy.(pic 2)
3. Add in milk & butter, mix well.
4. Sift flour and add into egg mixture, follow with cheese powder and salt.(pic 3-4)
5. Pour batter into cup mould until half full.(pic 5)
6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. (pic 6-7)
7. Remove the puff from mould and serve. (pic8)
Tips: Do not open the oven during baking; otherwise the puff cannot be form.
