芝士海苔豆松蛋饼Taiwan Style Egg Pancakes

【材料A】
普通面粉3汤匙
木薯粉1汤匙
竹盐⅛茶匙
纯净水80毫升
葱花1汤匙

【材料B】
鸡蛋2颗,打散
海苔豆松 适量
芝士1片,切成1半
食油1汤匙

【制法】
1.将面粉、木薯粉和竹盐混合均匀。
2.然后分2次倒入纯净水,搅拌至均匀后,加入葱花,拌匀,备用。
3.锅内热油,倒入粉浆并摇晃锅子让粉浆均匀地铺满锅底。
4.待饼皮煎至8成熟时,倒入蛋液,煎至7分熟。
5.撒上海苔豆松和芝士片,然后将蛋饼卷起来。
6.继续将卷好的蛋饼两面煎至金黄色即可上碟,切块享用。

【Ingredients A
3 tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp tapioca flour, ⅛ tsp bamboo salt, 80ml water, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion

【Ingredients B
2 eggs (beaten), some seaweed bean floss, 1 slice cheese (cut halve), 1 tbsp cooking oil

【Method】
1.In a bowl, mix plain flour, talioca flour and bamboo salt, set aside.
2.Pour in water in 2 times, mix well. Add in chopped spring onion, stir well to become batter, set aside.
3.Heat oil in wok, scoop batter into skillet, shake the pot to evenly spread to the pot.
4.Pour into egg sauce when cook till half way, continue cooked again until almost done.
5.Spread some seaweed bean floss and cheese slices over, roll up the pancake.
6.Continue cook the pancake until both side golden brown. Cut small and serve.
