芝士焗双花Baked Broccoli & Cauliflower

【材料】
西兰花½个、椰菜花½个、马铃薯½个 、洋葱½个、罐头低脂忌廉⅓碗、芝士碎1茶匙

【调味料】
盐½茶匙

【做法】
1. 将西兰花和椰菜花切小块,放入沸水中,加少许的盐煮3-5分钟。
2. 然后将洋葱切丁状;马铃薯削皮切片。
3. 将罐头忌廉汤加适量热水拌匀煮至稀释。
4. 把锅弄热加入少许油,放入少许的盐,放上马铃薯片煎至金黄色,加入洋葱一起拌炒,让洋葱散发香味。(图1-4)
5. 在焗盘内铺入马铃薯垫底,然后放上洋葱、西兰花与椰菜花,倒入忌廉汁。(图5-6)
6. 面撒上芝士碎,放入焗炉焗10分钟即可。(图7)

【Ingredients】
½ broccoli & cauliflower, ½ potato, ½ onion, ⅓ bowl canned low fat cream, 1 tsp chopped cheese

【Seasoning】
½ tsp salt

【Method】
1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets, and then blanch in salted boiling water 3-5 minutes.
2. Dice onion and cut skinned potato into slices.
3. Dilute cream with hot water.
4. Heat oil in wok with some oil, add in salt and sear potato slices until golden brown; and then add in onion and stir-fry until fragrant. (pic 1-4)
5. Place potato into baking tray, top with onion, broccoli and cauliflower. pour cream over. (pic 5-6)
6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes, done.(pic 7)
