芝士番茄酱通心粉 Macaroni & cheese with Bolognese sauce

┃肉丸材料┃
鸡肉碎500克、粟粉1茶匙、盐½茶匙、辣椒粉1茶匙、适量橄榄油(煎肉)
┃材料┃
通心粉250-300克、cheddar芝士250克、牛油2汤匙、大葱2粒(剁碎)、蒜2瓣(剁碎)、月桂叶2片、番茄膏5汤匙、番茄3粒(剁碎)、意大利调味料1汤匙、清水1公升
┃调味料┃
鸡精粉1茶匙、少许盐及胡椒粉
┃做法┃
1. 将鸡肉碎加入其余材料捞匀,搓成圆形备用。
2. 在TVS-Virtus锅内热少许橄榄油,将肉丸煎熟,捞起备用。(图1)
3. 采用同样的锅及油,加入牛油及月桂叶炒香。加入蒜与大葱,拌炒至香。加入番茄碎、番茄膏和清水煮至滚,加入调味料继续煮约15分钟。(图2-6)
4. 注入额外清水继续煮20分钟或至通心粉熟软。
5. 加入芝士碎及肉丸,加盖熄火放置5分钟至芝士溶解。(图7-8)
6. 吃时加入少许洋芫荽一起享用。

┃MEAT BALL INGREDIENT┃
500g minced chicken meat, 1 tsp cornflour, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp chilly flakes, olive oil for pan-frying
┃INGREDIENT┃
250-300g macaroni (uncooked), 250g cheddar cheese (shreadded), 2 tbsps butter, 2 big onions(chopped), 2 cloves garlic(minced), 2 bay leaves, 5 tbsps tomato paste, 3 large tomatoes(chopped), 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 litre water
┃SEASONING┃
1 tsp chicken stock granules, salt & black pepper to taste
┃METHOD┃
1. Combine minced chicken meat with cornflour & its seasoning. Shape into ball size.
2. Heat some olive oil in the TVS-Virtus pot & pan fry the chicken balls till cooked; remove & set aside. (pic 1)
3. Using the same balance oil, add butter, bay leaves in the cookware. Add garlic & onions, sauté till fragrant before adding the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, water, seasonings and macaroni. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. (pic 2-6)
4. Add in more water and continue to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender (about 20 minutes).
5. Top with cheese, put in all the meatballs and cover with lid. Let sit about 5 minutes or until melted. (pic 7-8)
6. Serve with some chopped parsley over.
